VISA and Stay
  • Students who want to take the regular program more than one term should apply for the appropriate VISA depending on the nationality and the period of language training. However, students from countries that are under VISA exemption agreement and from among these countries where staying of 90 days in Korea is allowed or Korean nationals or students with a legal VISA (e.g. F-6, F-4, etc.) that have no problem to take the courses can apply for the program without a D-4 VISA application process.

Notes

- Required to confirm of maximum stay period by country

- Unable to issue a Certificate of Admission

- Required to change VISA to D-4-1 in the case of extension of the studying period

- Stayable in Korea up to 2 years with D-4-1 VISA

- Available to extend VISA according to the student's attendance rate(higher than 70%)

- Required to change VISA to D-4-1 after 90 days

- Students should check if it is possible to change VISA status while staying in Korea to the immigration office or Immigration Contact Center (1345)
